Spain, October 2022

We contacted the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid and spoke with the First Secretary for Economic Affairs of the Ukrainian embassy, who provided us a list of food they needed, making it clear that food is their main priority.

So we purchased about 700 kilos of food, mostly cereals, legumes, and milk, which we packed in about 100 boxes. We then loaded the food onto the truck arranged by the embassy.

At that time we had the opportunity to meet, talk and collaborate with Ukrainians. It was a very valuable experience that helped us understand them and feel close to them.
