This time, the volunteers of Know Thyself as Soul in Prague decided to visit and cheer up seniors with small gift packages in SeneCura, a home for the elderly in Prague.
We joyfully prepared the gift packages. Each one contained a card with an uplifting quote and something handmade. We added something sweet, something salty, a juice drink, and something from nature, like a pine cone or a pretty stone.
We wrapped the contents in transparent cellophane until 40 gift packages were ready.
In compliance with all safety measures, we visited the seniors and offered the gift packages. The recipients expressed their gratitude.
We left the home full of nice experiences and filled with the sense that these visits are important. We are already looking forward to the next one.
