Shortly before Christmas, the Holosophic Society Poland organized a charity gift-giving event to support the villagers of Pobiedna. Many needy Polish families, and especially the children, were delighted to receive the useful gifts and presents. The leftover items were taken to Leśna to be distributed in the region.
In this event a tremendous amount, 25 m3 of material was gathered from various groups of friends of the Holosophic Society Poland in Germany and Austria and picked up at city centers in Munich, Bamberg, Berlin, and Hamburg. On 11 December, after three days of sorting, the Lighthouse Center® Poland crew organized the distribution of these items at the sports hall of the school in Pobiedna. The most wanted items were toys, followed by warm winter clothing.
